Mark Sellner, Director of the Master of Business Taxation (MBT) program, has been presented the 2007-2008 R. Glen Berryman Award by the Minnesota Society of CPAs.

Established in 1976, the award recognized outstanding Continuing Professional Education instructors for their technical expertise and use of effective teaching methods. Recipients must receive excellent ratings for presentation and technical knowledge.

The award is named in honor of Professor R. Glen Berryman, an esteemed accounting professor who taught at the University of Minnesota for 37 years, serving as chairman of the Accounting Department for 10 years.  He retired in 1995.
