As a one-of-a-kind global experience for students in the Carlson School China, Austria, and Poland Executive MBA programs, the integrated residency is a great way to build an international network.

In addition to giving students a chance to visit the Carlson School and attend panel discussions and academic sessions with faculty and industry leaders, participants tour a wide range of companies throughout the Twin Cities and meet with executives to study business models and discuss key topics.

Meeting face-to-face for the first time, Global and Executive MBA students also prepare and deliver virtual team project presentations -- business plans for introducing new products to the global marketplace -- over the course of two days.

Following a number of networking events and informal gatherings, the residency culminates with students walking together in Carlson School commencement ceremonies.
