The event begins at 8:00 AM for both Friday and Saturday in the Carlson Executive Center (room 2-250) located in the Carlson School of Management building.
We understand the importance of including family when making an important decision to go back to school full-time. If you would like to bring a spouse or partner to the event, they are welcome to join us. Please email Christine Foster (firstname.lastname@example.org) with their name.
If you (or your spouse/partner) have food allergies or are a vegetarian, please also notify Christine so the proper precautions can be taken.
In case of an emergency (i.e. missed/cancelled flight, illness, etc.) and/or you need to get a hold of our staff before or during the event, please call our MBA Programs Office directly (612-625-5555).
A hotel room has been reserved for you at the Aloft Hotel. If you have any questions about your reservation, please let us know.
Transportation will not be provided from the airport to the Aloft Hotel, but you can find transportation recommendations on how to get to Aloft here. However, we will be providing transportation from the Carlson School to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport on Saturday after the event. The bus will be leaving the Carlson School on Saturday at approximately 2:15PM.
If you are staying at the Aloft Hotel, transportation will be provided to and from the Carlson School for both Friday and Saturday. In the mornings, the bus will arrive at the hotel at 7:30AM and depart for the Carlson School at 7:45AM.

Parking on both Friday and Saturday will be provided in the 19th Avenue Parking Ramp. As you enter the ramp, please take a ticket. We will provide you with a parking voucher upon check-in that will cover the cost of parking.
