• Gather information from the company
• Be convinced that you want to work there!
• Know the players and the format
• Who will you interview with?
• What are they like?
• What style will be used?
• Behavior-based Cases?
• Prepare a LONG list of questions - 6 to 10
• Know how to get where you need to go
• Know the dress code

During the Interview

• Sell yourself: be confident, not arrogant
• Know your resume and accomplishments
• Be yourself
• Be honest about your decision criteria
• Keep energy up
• Make sure you know the company's timeline

Following the Interview

• Send thank you note - Email or handwritten : both are OK
• Mention something specific from the interview. Generic thank you shows lack of interest
• Assess where you are at
• Continue to express interest
• Follow up if you do not hear from the company by the stated deadline
