HRIR 6025: Leadership and Personal Development
| Interactive course. Effective/ethical leadership. Personal leadership strengths/vulnerabilities. Exercises, role plays. Giving/receiving feedback. Creating customized leadership development plan.
There are four goals in this course:
1. To facilitate students' personal growth and development through the process of self-examinatin and external feedback
2. To teach the principles and practices of effective leadership
3. To aid students in the development of leaderhsip skills through practice
4. To stimulate students' commitment to a specific, challenging, and ongoing process of leadership and personal development
