You can view and print your unofficial transcript online any time, using your X.500 user name and password. You can also pick up copies of your unofficial transcript for free at all One Stop Service Centers during regular business hours.

Official transcripts cost $5 and can be ordered by mail or fax. For a $10 rush fee, you can pick up an official transcript in person. To ensure confidentiality, you cannot request a transcript by phone.

Most grades will be posted to your transcript approximately one week after the last day of final exams. Degrees will be posted shortly after the Office of the Registrar receives clearance from the Part-Time MBA Student Affairs Office.
