This program gives high achieving juniors and seniors the opportunity to study in smaller classes, interact more closely with faculty, and work with other high achieving students. Students do not need to complete the freshman/sophomore program to be admitted to the junior/senior program.

All of the Junior & Senior Honors courses except BA 3990H are offered every semester, but most have only 1 section, so it is important to plan carefully. The BA 3990H Honors Topic course varies by topic and availability. Check tentative schedules for future semesters and have other options in mind. Academic advisors can help with planning.

1. Complete the following courses:

BA 3200H Leadership Colloquium (2 credits)
MGMT 4004V Business Policy: Strategy Formulation and Implementation (3 credits)
BA 4000H Carlson Honors Seminar (4 credits)

2. Complete 2 courses from the following list:

MGMT 3040H International Business (3 credits)
BA 3033V Business Communication (3 credits)
BA 3990H Honors Topics (2-4 credits)
3000 or 5000 level CLA Honors Seminar courses
4000 level major-related honors courses as developed by Carlson School departments

3. Complete at least 60 credits at the University of Minnesota.

4. Achieve a GPA in the final 60 credits to qualify for graduation with Latin Honors (as established by the University).
3.500 GPA -- cum laude
3.666 GPA -- magna cum laude
3.750 GPA -- summa cum laude
