OVERVIEW

Achieving measurable breakthroughs in operational performance is accomplished by delivering superior products and processes in the eyes of your external and internal customers at the lowest possible cost. In this three-day program, you will develop in-depth, hands-on knowledge of improvement methodologies, know when and how to use each method, and how to combine them into a systematic approach to take your operation to the next level, and the level after that.

You will learn to innovatively employ breakthrough operations planning, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen Blitzes, activity based costing, benchmarking, supply chain cost reduction, self-managed teaming, change leadership, and other powerful approaches to become a high performance organization.
