JOHN BUSACKER is president of The Inventure Group, a global leadership consulting firm, and founder of Life-Worth, LLC, a life planning creative greenhouse. As a speaker and seminar leader, he addresses thousands of executives each year on the topics of self-leadership and personal engagement. Busacker has a worldwide practice working with leading organizations such as Medtronic, CJ Corporation, Ameriprise Financial, Mayo Clinic, Weyerhaeuser, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Good Samaritan Foundation, Boston Children’s Hospital, and The Pastoral Leadership Institute International. His educational background includes an undergraduate degree in psychology and education from Carthage College as well as postgraduate studies in counseling psychology and financial planning.

PETER KREMBS is a Fellow of Executive Education, Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, and Manager of Peter Krembs, LLC. Previously he was Managing Partner of Consulting Partners. He has over 30 years of experience as a consultant to major U.S. and international corporations, specializing in leadership development, both as an executive coach, and as a seminar leader on leadership skills. Krembs also consults on organization development issues for companies experiencing rapid growth, particularly as a result of mergers and acquisitions, and he has designed and facilitated executive team and large group strategic planning work at General Mills, Medtronic, the Department of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic, and Atlantic Health System. Co-author of On-The-Level: Performance Communication that Works, Krembs has also written on how to set performance expectations, give and receive feedback and facilitate discussions about learning and development on the job. His graduate work is in Industrial Psychology from the University of Minnesota and he has post-graduate certification from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland's Organization and Systems Development Program.

MARY C. MICHAELS is the founder and President of Business Prescriptions and has more than 20 years of experience in organizational effectiveness and development consulting. She has worked with domestic and international organizations of various sizes from small private companies to Fortune 100 companies. Her expertise is in the areas of strategic organizational planning, leadership development, instructional design, competency profiling, assessment, and providing developmental coaching and feedback. She is a Master Associate of Lominger Limited, Inc., developers of the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of integrated tools designed to support leadership development. Michaels received her MA and PhD from the University of Minnesota in psychology.

HARVEY A. ROBBINS is a Fellow of Executive Education, Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, and president of Robbins & Robbins. He has been a practicing business psychologist since 1974. Robbins has provided international consulting services to numerous corporations and federal and state agencies, regularly presents at national and international conferences, and is listed as a featured speaker with several prominent speakers' bureaus. He received his doctorate in clinical/educational psychology from Texas A&M - Commerce. He is author/co-author of seven books: Turf Wars, How To Speak and Listen Effectively, Why Teams Don't Work, Why Change Doesn't Work, Transcompetition, The New Why Teams Don't Work and The Accidental Leader. He is currently working on a new leadership book entitled Scouts Honor: Timeless Values of Ethical Leaders. |
