Leadership

The Carlson School encourages students to participate in programs that help develop the skills essential to leadership. In addition to benefiting from the thought leadership of our accomplished faculty, students have access to a wide range of experiential learning opportunities, clubs and organizations, and mentor programs.

LeadershipEdge

We developed the Leadership Edge program to give MBA students a competitive advantage in the recruiting and interview process. This comprehensive co-curricular initiative helps students tap into their existing leadership skills, identify areas for improvement, and design a strategy for developing new skills. The program takes a practical, hands-on approach that is integrated with class and co-curricular opportunities throughout the student's 2-year experience.

Emerging LeadershipProgram

We believe that in addition to achieving academic excellence, undergraduate students pursuing a BSB degree should provide leadership and get involved in activities outside the classroom. The Emerging Leadership Program encourages high achieving students to engage in extracurricular activities that foster intellectual and personal growth. Activities promote the development of the characteristics associated with productive, ethical, and successful leaders.
