At the Carlson School, the recruiting process is managed online through the exclusive Carlson Automated Recruiting System (CARS). When you create a CARS account, you can post job descriptions throughout the year free of charge. Students can search postings by organization, location, degree, or emphasis, and resumes are emailed directly to your drop address by the CARS system.

Account Application
To create a new account, you must submit a short application form. We will e-mail you a user ID and password within 2 business days. An employer relations manager will also contact you to discuss our services.
