The Edge is a mulitfaceted web application operated by the Carlson Business Career Center.  Its customized interfaces help connect hiring organizations with high potential students through job postings, on-campus interviews, events, and much more.  Students, alumni, and recruiters affiliated with the Carlson School are eligible to use The Edge.

Edge Employer Guide

• Create or access your company account.
• Search student/alumni resumes by qualifications or keywords.
• Post an external job posting. 
• Request an on-campus interview date.  
• Request a company information session in conjunction with an on-campus interview.  
• View posting history.

Edge Student Guide

• Create an application profile containing Resumes (6), Cover Letters (6), Unofficial Transcripts, References, and Letters of Recommendation.
• View and apply for on-campus and external job postings.
• Receive invitations and sign-up for interviews held at the Business Career Center.
• View and sign up for Information Sessions, Career Workshops, and many other events.
• Access organization contact information.
• View your Activity.

• Create an application profile containing up to five resumes and cover letters.
• Access organization contact information.
• View external and company-direct job postings.
