Reserve Interview Dates
To reserve interview dates in our on-campus facility, log in to The Edge and click the 'On-Campus Interviews' tab.  From the drop-down menu, click 'New Interview Schedule Request'.  Complete all required fields (*).  Click the 'Save' button.  Please allow 2 business days for your Employer Relations Associate to approve a date. 

Post Job Descriptions
To post a job description login to The Edge. Click on 'New Job'.  Complete all required fields (*). Click the 'Save' button.  Please allow our Recruiting Coordinator 2 business days to approve a posting.

Schedule Information Sessions
Information sessions allow you to meet students and introduces them to your organization. Remember, whether you're new to recruiting or have a long history of hiring our graduates, many students will be learning about your organization for the first time.  All information sessions must be in conjunction with an on-campus posting.  Please fill out the 'Need Information Session' portion of the 'New Interview Schedule Request' form to reserve your date.  Please allow 2 business days for our Recruiting Coordinator to contact you about the event.

Search Resumes
To search resumes, login to The Edge and click the 'Student Search' tab. From the search screen, select applicable criteria including: degree, concentration, graduation date, permanent/intern, or work authorization. After the search results display, click a student's name to view their profile.  If the student has a resume uploaded, you can click the 'View Resume' link at the top of the student's profile.

Search Firm Postings
Search firms and other professional recruiting firms can submit their postings as external job postings in The Edge.
