We are currently seeking Associate Marketing Managers to work in our Edina and Lakeville, MN, offices. These positions will support the Marketing Managers and Directors with the development of strategies, annual business plans, and tactical execution of the day-to-day business. Additional responsibilities include promotion analysis, new product development, pricing, packaging, and P&L management.
Candidates must have a keen view of the external environment, including general trends impacting the business, competitive assessments, and a solid understanding of both consumers and customers. The qualified candidate will serve as a link between product development/operations and sales on new product initiatives, and work with senior managers to identify and exploit new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
BS/BA, with MBA preferred
2 - 4 years of relevant experience at a company with a consumer-focused business model
A track record of delivering results
Analytical strength paired with sound business judgment
A working understanding of accounting and finance
Excellent oral, written, and communication/presentation skills |
