Generalist responsibilities in HR supporting a business team in field environment. Partner with line management to effectively execute staffing processes to acquire talent to run and grow the business; provide labor/employee relations counsel to line management and employees; and serve as functional expert to the business on all employment matters (legal issues, EEO/ADA, safety/worker compensation, union relations, etc.).

Relied upon to actively participate on business decisions to increase the overall capability of individuals and the organization -- a real business partner. Assess the capability and profitability of the organization to improve both individual and team business performance.

Position reports either to a Human Resources Manager in a local market unit or into the HR Director in a regional business unit. Immediate impact on day-to-day business as well as an opportunity to support projects and initiatives to improve organizational capability. Expected to take on increasing responsibility at an accelerated pace in a fun and energetic environment.
