The Strategy and Business Development Group (SBD) group is seeking a select group of MBAs who can rise to tremendous responsibilities and challenges.

SBD has two purposes: develop high potential managers and provide high quality strategic, financial, and operational thinking for our worldwide corps of business unit leaders. The SBD program is designed to provide the personal development needed to allow highly talented MBAs to step into challenging leadership roles and joining our elite corps of business builders.

Our 4-year personal development program uniquely prepares you via a broad geographical and business unit experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development projects, while working alongside senior managers.

In the first year of the program you will leverage your management and business experience in a field assignment where you will build a competence in trading and risk management. In the subsequent years you will join the SBD group in the role of an internal consultant. The first years will learn the basics of issue identification, problem solving, work planning, valuation, and negotiation techniques. Over the following years you can expect more responsibility in leading teams and managing projects at the top of business unit leaders agendas.
