The Human Resources function leads the continual development of the workforce in order to increase the company's customer satisfaction, growth, and productivity.
Our company seeks graduate-level interns (summer, full-time, 8- to 12-week, paid positions) who will support our goals by performing tasks in the following assignments:
HR Generalist:
Performs a broad range of services within a defined client group in support of business unit objectives, employee expectations and human resources strategic initiatives, including performance management, individual career counseling, training and staffing. Performs a wide range of tasks and processes associated with organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compensation Consultant:
Designs, develops, and implements reward strategies in support of business objectives. Could include pay planning process evaluation, external competitive market analysis, internal job pricing and analysis, and program delivery and support.
Staffing Specialist:
Consults and advises generalists and management on a broad range of staffing policies, procedures, and practices. Participates in staffing process improving teams to yield greater productivity.
