
 
Carlson IT Student Services (ITSS) supports the IT needs of both the undergraduate and graduate student populations by providing the following services:
- Administration of the Carlson Undergraduate and MBA laptop programs
- Equipment checkout, including laptops and LCD projectors
- Responding to a wide array of technical issues and questions at our two IT support offices (The Carlson Help Desk and the Hanson Laptop Repair Center)
- Overseeing the Carlson Computer Labs and the Learning Lab located in Hanson Hall

Carlson ITSS Help Desk
The Carlson ITSS Help Desk will be closed starting May 28th for summer, 2008. During the summer all ITSS Help Desk services will be offered through the Hanson Laptop Repair Center, L-103. The Help Desk will reopen August 29th, 2008 in its new location: 1-148
