Carlson IT Student Services (ITSS) supports the IT needs of both the undergraduate and graduate student populations by providing the following services:

  • Administration of the Carlson Undergraduate and MBA laptop programs
  • Equipment checkout, including laptops and LCD projectors
  • Responding to a wide array of technical issues and questions at our two IT support offices (The Carlson Help Desk and the Hanson Laptop Repair Center)
  • Overseeing the Carlson Computer Labs and the Learning Lab located in Hanson Hall

ITSSSummer Hours

The Carlson IT Student Services Help Desk will be closed for the duration of the summer, and  IT Student Services will operate out of the Hanson Laptop Repair Center.  The Laptop Repair Center will be open Monday-Thursday, 8am to 6pm and Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.  Please see the Computer Labs page for the computer labs summer hours.
