PerformanceManagement

The CCE has a formal performance management process for its consultants. This process includes goal setting and performance reviews which are conducted at the end of each project. The purpose of the performance review is to provide feedback to consultants on their recent performance, and to provide guidance for future performance, including personal and professional development.

Students will receive a 360° review which incorporates a self appraisal, feedback from team members, clients and the project director. The review will include a rating and qualitative comments on the following performance criteria:

  • Quality of Results
  • Team Work
  • Planning, Organizing and Maintaining Progress
  • Judgment and Initiative
  • Analytical Skills
  • Communication
  • Leadership
  • Adaptability
  • Self Development and Appraisal
  • Building the Practice

The Managing Director meets with students to discuss the performance review at the end of each project. A project grade will be given after the final CCE semester.
