Undergraduate Program Requirements


To participate in the HRIR major or minor degree program, undergraduate students must first be admitted to the Carlson School. Students can also combine other majors and minors with those offered through the HRIR program. Most students take HRIR courses in their junior or senior year, although some may qualify to enroll earlier.


HRIR Major
Students must take least 16 credits from the undergraduate course offerings in human resources and industrial relations.


HRIR Minor
Students must take a total of 8 credits from the list of designated courses.
