The Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies's part-time HRIR evening program helps students gain the knowledge and experience they need to achieve their career goals. In addition to playing an active role in the HR community, the program attracts talented, experienced professionals from a wide range of backgrounds.

The curriculum covers all aspects of Human Resources and Industrial Relations and provides students with opportunities to apply what they learn at work. Faculty are recognized for their cutting-edge scholarship and often draw on the experiences of students to enrich the classroom experience.
