By matching graduate students with alumni, the mentorship program provides students with opportunities to learn from professionals, build connections with the HR community, and plan successful careers. The program also forms stronger links between alumni, the HR community, students, and the Industrial Relations Center. Mentors typically meet with students monthly throughout the program, and all participants are invited to attend additional events such as HR Tomorrow and Professional Development Workshops sponsored by the IRC Alumni Association.
