The Carlson Executive MBA Program strives to build a diverse and talented community of leaders by reaching out to students from a variety of backgrounds and educating them about the value of an MBA. By ensuring that our recruiting efforts reach groups underrepresented in the program, we hope to enhance the quality of applicants and enrich the overall experience for every student. In addition to providing support for students from underrepresented groups, our diversity initiatives seek to integrate all students into the MBA program and the University, while building a stronger community of students across all graduate programs at the Carlson School.
