We encourage all Executive MBA graduates to participate the Carlson School commencement ceremony in May. Here are the important dates for Class of 2008 graduates:
January 25
Order Cap, Gown, and more…
Staff from the University Bookstore will be available to take cap & gown orders during lunch in Room M of the Executive Center. Graduation announcements and diploma frames can be ordered at the same time as well. Please notify the Melissa if you cannot make it in person during this time.

March 21
Submit Application for Degree and Verify information for Alumni Directory
The Student Affairs Manager will provide the application forms during lunch break. Fill out the form and submit it by the end of the day. On the form, you will be asked to provide your current address and the address where the diploma should be mailed (approximately 4 months after being cleared to graduate).

Graduation Photo
Please come to class this day with dark pants and shoes. Caps and gowns will be distributed and the class photo will be taken at lunch time.
April 25
Graduation Celebration
This year the celebration will take place at the Grand Hotel at 6:30 PM. Invitations for you and a guest have been mailed. RSVP deadline is March 27.
May 19
Commencement, Reception, and Hood Return
Commencement will be held on Monday, May 19, 2006 at 9:00 AM in Northrop Memorial Auditorium. Jeff Greenfield, host of the PBS series CEO EXCHANGE and senior analyst for CBS News will be speaking.
