Pre-paid parking passes are given to CEMBA students and can be used in the 19th Avenue Ramp. The parking passes are programmed to let you in and out only on your scheduled CEMBA weekends. If you stay late and the guard is up, you will need to scan your pass for the system to understand you are out of the ramp. If you fail to scan your pass, they system will think you are still in the ramp and it will not let you enter the next time.

The CEMBA Program fee covers parking for class days only. All other parking charges are the responsibility of the student, if you choose to meet on campus. We have worked with Parking and Transportation Services but have been unable to reach a workable solution concerning paying for parking on non-class days. We'll continue discussions with them. In the meantime parking rates on the West Bank are:

19th Ave Ramp: Enter after 5 p.m. and exit before 7 a.m. Mon.-Fri. or anytime on Sat.-Sun. - $5.50
21st Ave Ramp: Enter after 5 p.m. Mon.-Fri.- or anytime on Sat.-Sun. - $5.50 for the first 24 hours
Surface Lot on Riverside and 21st Ave: $3.50 after 5:00 pm
Meters: $1.25/hour
