DAN KOSCH, Co-President of IMPAX Corporation is a leading authority in the areas of selling, strategic account selling, strategic account management (including account planning), and sales management/leadership. He has experience in a wide range of selling environments such as selling to senior-level management, major account sales, general territory sales, value-oriented system sales and commodity sales. Kosch received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
WAYNE MUELLER is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with over 30 years of experience working with IBM. He is also a marketing instructor with Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. While with IBM he led a 30-plus person Target account sales team, and handled Wall Street accounts in IBM's financial services industry. In addition, he worked as IBM's U.S. Business Development Executive on marketing and segmentation strategy for both the retail and financial services industries. Mueller attended Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program and he is nearing completion of his PhD in Executive Marketing Education at the University of Minnesota.

MARK SHONKA is Co-President of IMPAX Corporation. He is a leading authority in the areas of sales, strategic account selling, strategic account management, and sales management/leadership. Shonka has an extensive array of sales, sales leadership and sales training and consulting experience. He has taught, lectured and consulted with sales organizations of all sizes, representing privately and publicly held companies and has experience in a wide range of selling environments. Shonka received his MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.

KATHY DUNMIRE is vice president of major and national accounts at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, responsible for major and national account new sales, account management and strategic business relationships. She also plays a role in national policy and marketing strategies through her work with the Consortium Health Plans. Major accounts represent nearly one million members in companies such as 3M and U.S. Bancorp. Dunmire is a sought-after speaker and national expert on HSAs, having met with President Bush in 2006 to advise on HSA policy. She is also a 2006 winner of the Business Journal’s Women in Business Industry Leader Award, a member of the Strategic Account Management Association.
BOB FIDLER is National Sales Vice President for Deluxe Corporation. He is a 20 plus year industry veteran who is responsible for leading Deluxe's sales teams, working with regional, community and credit union clients as well as small businesses. His team has been instrumental in redefining Deluxe as a leader in bringing solutions to Deluxe’s clients which help them acquire, retain and grow customer relationships and improve their business. Previously he was Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Corporate Express. Fidler is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
JEFF DEL ROSSA manages Global Strategic Alliances for Development Dimensions International (DDI) . He has developed relationships at executive levels at many premier technology and service providers to contribute to the expansion of DDI’s portfolio. Previously, Del Rossa worked with Kodak where he worked with large clients, including UPS, Home Depot, Allied Signal, and McDonalds. At Kodak his leadership of District and National Accounts earned him their highest sales honors. As National Sales Manager/Alternative Channels at Oce’-USA, Del Rossa developed and led a team to execute a channel strategy that included over 2,000 field sales specialists and over 250 district offices. Del Rossa holds a BS, Finance & Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York.
