2007 CSOM IT Survey

As part of an analysis to inform decision making during strategic repositioning, CSOM IT conducted three online surveys at the Carlson School:

  • Faculty Survey
  • Staff Survey
  • Student Survey
The overarching purpose of the surveys was to gather relevant information from Carlson School clients regarding information technology services and support. In general, CSOM IT wished to explore questions such as, to what extent are IT services or support valued, to what extent IT services or support perform in those valued areas, and to listen for any “gaps” in technology services and support.

The three surveys were developed collaboratively among Task Force II committee members. To read more about the survey process and development see:
