Current Students
Academic Planning
Find Part-Time MBA Program information on academic handbook honor code and program policies, student handbook, course descriptions, portfolios, tuition and billing, and grades and transcripts. Students should complete and submit a Degree Program Form to track their progress through the program. Students may also set up an appointment with the Part-time MBA Registrar and Advising Manager to discuss course planning.
Registration
The Carlson Part-time MBA Program Office registers all Part-time MBA students for their first semester in the program. In subsequent semesters Part-time MBA students will enroll themselves using the One Stop registration system that lists specific registration dates, refund schedules and drop/add deadlines. Students are encouraged to go to the Registration page for more specific information.
Class Schedules
Please use our Class Schedules and Start/End dates as planning tools for your current and future registration. Class Schedules can be viewed in a detailed spreadsheet format (including date, time, room number, instructor) or in a weekly planner format (broken down by day of the week).
Wait Lists
Fill out a Part-Time MBA Wait List Form with your request to be placed on a waiting list for a closed class. The wait list takes the place of “magic” or “permission” numbers. The number of credits remaining in a student’s program determines his/her priority on the wait list.
Technology
Find information regarding ClassNet, Lotus Notes email, University email, and reserving breakout rooms.
Graduation Information
Part-time MBA students are able to graduate any month of the year, as long as program requirements have been met (see Graduation Information). In order to graduate, you will need to have an Application for Degree Form and a Degree Program Form submitted to our office prior to your final semester. The Carlson School of Management has one commencement ceremony each year in May. All students that have graduated during the academic year are eligible to participate in the ceremony.
