As a powerful web-based job search tool for students, alumni, and employers, The Edge eliminates paperwork and reduces office visits, allowing career center staff to spend more time providing enhanced, personalized service.


Students

Students can use The Edge to:
• Register academic information for employers
• Post up to five resumes
• View on-campus job postings
• Sort postings by requirements, companies, visit dates, and more
• Submit name for consideration
• Receive invitations to interview
• Select times and sign up for interviews
• View and sign up for corporate info sessions
• View The Edge interview history
• Access organization contact information
• View external and company-direct job postings

 



Alumni


Alumni can use The Edge to:
• Post up to five resumes
• Register academic and work experience information
• Access organization contact information
• View external and company-direct job postings


Employers


Employers can use The Edge to:
• Search student/alumni qualifications to find candidates
• Search student/alumni resumes by qualifications or keywords
• View and print student resumes
• Reserve on-campus interview dates
• Post jobs
• Select candidates for interviews online
• View organization's current and past on-campus and external postings
• Schedule information sessions
