Likewise, in interview settings, you may be asked to make an on the spot decision regarding a work situation. This workshop will help you understand how to make better decisions and how to employ problem-solving skills to make those decisions.

Relationships at workplace are often built and destroyed by the actions we take. Interpersonal awareness is critical to success in work environment. This workshop provides you with understanding of different kinds of interpersonal styles and how they can affect relationships at work, techniques that leaders can use to leverage the power of diversity of a group and techniques that leaders can use to resolve conflict. Foundations to Case Interviewing
This session includes a mix of presentation, demonstration, and practice. Students will learn how to approach case interviews, how to structure their response, and the common pitfalls in these interviews. The session combines a training session with an experienced alum, a demonstration of a case interview by a recent alum, and group and individual practice.

While searching for a new job can be exciting, it can also be extremely stressful and a rejection can send even a confident person reeling. This workshop provides you with strategies and techniques to manage stress and maintain confidence during job searches. In the first part of the workshop, you will learn about myths related to the economy and job searches. In the second part of the workshop, you will learn strategies for managing stress and keeping confident during the job search.

When receiving a job offer, what is negotiable? How do I prepare for negotiation? What information do I need going into the negotiation? This session will help answer these questions and will consist of a short presentation, demonstration, and hands-on practice role plays.
