The Leadership Experience is the leadership development program for Full-Time MBA students. We focus on introducing and enhancing skills and competencies for skillful leadership in the 21st century. Program content is informed by best-practices and our approach is rooted in world-class adult-learning and leadership development methods.

Programming takes place in large and small group workshops throughout the academic year. The highlight of The Leadership Experience is the Leadership Fellows Program for students who demand more from themselves and seek to maximize their leadership potential.
