Summer in Facilities: What You Need to Know

Summer is in full swing, and with the sunshine comes heat, tornadoes and furry critters.

This season poses challenges for Carlson School Facilities Management, as well as students, faculty and staff. The University begins gearing up for severe weather and an increased risk of theft. Here at the Carlson School, there’s even been a raccoon sighting.

For Facilities Management, summer is also a time of opportunity, however. Facilities staff members have been busy cleaning classrooms and overseeing construction projects.
