Education abroadprogram applications

  1. Before applying for an education abroad program, students are encouraged to make an appointment with an education abroad advisor and completing an online Profile. Please contact the International Programs office at 612-625-9361 or by email at csomip@umn.edu.

  2. Review the eligibility requirements for the programs you are interested in.

  3. Review the application cycles and deadlines. You can only apply for programs with an open cycle. The application closes at midnight on the final day of the cycle. Programs listed as 'closed when filled' may close prior to the deadline if the program fills, so we encourage early applications. Programs listed as 'open until filled' will continue to accept applications after the specified deadline until the program fills. Applications are reviewed on a space-available basis.
