Financialaid:

Follow these steps:

  1. To be considered for financial aid, you must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) through the Office of Student Finance. Be sure to complete the application for the year in which you plan to study abroad.

  2. Before you apply for a program, set up a preview meeting with an adviser at OneStop's Office of Student Finance to discuss how your financial aid package could be adjusted to accommodate the cost of studying abroad.

  3. After being accepted into a program, the International Programs office will provide you with a Study Abroad Cost Estimate (SACE) form. You must provide this form to an adviser at OneStop's Office of Student Finance in order to adjust your aid package as planned in your preview meeting.

If you plan to participate in a summer program, remember that you must take at least 6 credits in the summer term to qualify for financial aid.
