OVERVIEW

 

This program is designed to enhance understanding and build the executive’s skills in leveraging information technology for their functional area. The focus is on developing ability and insights to identify new opportunities and create a forward-looking IT investment strategy. The program will cover the three stages of IT corporate transformation starting with enabling internally optimized business processes; moving onto developing superior external synchronization with customers, suppliers, and outsourcing partners; and concluding with IT enabled agility and innovation in front-line business processes. IT can become your innovation partner by playing a direct role in front-line business processes, such as product design, forecasting, and creating information based top-line initiatives. An effective IT strategy, appropriately implemented, will give your organization a competitive advantage.
