INSTRUCTOR

 
BOB PARSONS has over 20 years' experience providing development services to innovative organizations. He has worked in a variety of settings including law, engineering, construction, pharmaceuticals, health care, technology, manufacturing, government, education, R&D, consumer foods, and the U.S. military. As an external coach and consultant, Parsons has had experience working with a diverse group of companies including Andersen Corp., Medtronic, Northwest Airlines, Chicago Trans Union, St. Jude Medical, Ulta, Cadbury-Adams, Ford, Sun Microsystems, Old Navy, Gap, Inc., Dakota County Government Services, MERC, U.S. Army National Guard, Viking Electric, North Central Electric, Associated General Contractors, Home and Hearth Technologies, Grainger, UWACRO, SAIC, and Minnesota ASTD. He recently joined the University of St. Thomas as a member of their leadership development adjunct faculty. Parsons holds a B.S. in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota.
