Erik Andersen is Senior Vice President in the Customer Loyalty practice area of GfK Custom Research North America, one of the world's largest market research organizations. Andersen provides research design and customer management consulting to clients who oversee customer loyalty programs in a wide variety of business sectors both domestically and globally.
Andersen has been involved in market research for over 25 years and has held positions on both the client and supplier sides of the market research business model. He joined GfK in 1996 and spent several years in account management and business development. He has been involved in designing and conducting market research that has aided in the development and successful launch of many new products and services.
Prior to his career at GfK, Andersen worked at the Carlson Marketing Group, Ecolab, and the Lutheran Brotherhood (now Thrivent Financial). Andersen holds an MS in sociology from Iowa State University and BAs in sociology and politics from Luther College. |
