Reserve a Space
The Carlson School of Management has several types of rooms and spaces available for teaching, studying, and events; these spaces are primarily scheduled by two different entities: Carlson School Building and Event Services or the University's Office of Classroom Management (See quick Link)
Carlson School Building and Event Services
Schedules these departmental spaces: First Floor Atrium, 3M Auditorium (CSOM 1-115), Classroom CSOM 1-114, the Media Studio/Videoconference Room (CSOM 2-234) and the Executive Center suite of classrooms. Many have priority scheduling periods and become available to others after that time. The Executive Center is exclusively for executive or graduate-level activities with priority given to Carlson School CEMBA and Executive Education programs. All have a rental fee. Carlson-controlled, departmental spaces are not scheduled on weekends unless the event is sponsored by a Carlson School department, or affiliated student organization with staff supervision.
