Call for Proposals:

"HR Tomorrow...Achieving Excellence through Innovative HR"

Seeking creative solutions and reinventing processes across all functional areas is a necessity in today's competitive business environment. Top talent is thinking outside of the box, and so must human resources. "Achieving Excellence through Innovative HR" is the theme for the 2013 HR Tomorrow Conference. The conference planning committee is currently accepting proposals for breakout session presentations which demonstrate innovative HR solutions to business challenges.

The conference provides an outstanding opportunity to showcase your expertise in front of a broad HR audience. Sessions are 70 minutes in length, providing approximately 50-60 minutes for presentation and the remaining 10-20 minutes for Q & A.

Through a series of dynamic and interactive sessions, "HR Tomorrow - Achieving Excellence through Innovative HR" will equip human resources professionals at all levels with the knowledge and resources needed to execute positive HR results through innovation.

In order for conference attendees to target their specific areas of interest, and get the most out of the conference, we are looking for breakout sessions that will provide a concentrated look into the following HR disciplines:

1. Global HR
1. Total Rewards
3. Talent Management - Attraction, Development, Retention
4. Leadership and Strategy
5. Technology

Selected sessions and presenters should provide attendees with useful, realistic tools and strategies that may be shared and applied within their workplace. Ideal presentations will focus particularly on those skills, strategies and/or tools designed to address a particular topic within one of the five disciplines.

Your proposal should include:
~ Presentation title
~ Identification of applicable HR discipline
~ Brief presentation description (up to 200 words)
~ Well-defined, realistic learning objectives that can be achieved in the time allotted
~ Description of how your presentation will highlight innovation
~ Three meetings and/or conferences at which you have presented material (to demonstrate speaking experience)
~ Brief bio (up to 500 words) highlighting your experience and/or academic background

Submit your proposal here. Our conference facilities feature the latest technology, allowing for PowerPoint presentations, overhead projection, and video presentations. The deadline to submit your proposal is January 7, 2013. Review of the proposals will occur immediately following the deadline, with selection of final speakers expected by late January 2013.
