The Metropolitan Export Initiative, developed by the Metropolitan Policy Program at Brookings, is a ground-up collaborative effort to help civic, business, and political leaders, of four strategic regions create and implement customized Metropolitan Export Plans. The Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Export Plan intentionally taps into global markets to diversify, strengthen, and secure the regional economy.
