This is a coeducation national professional business fraternity bringing together students with a common interest in business for scholastic and social activities. Prominent people in business are featured at meetings throughout the year. Members participate in tours, seminars, and community service projects. Meetings are held on Sunday nights at the chapter house, 1116 5th St. SE, Minneapolis. Visitors are always welcome.
American Marketing Association (AMA)

This is a student-run organization whose main goal is to promote a better understanding of marketing and its role in the business world. We are a collegiate chapter of the national American Marketing Association, one of the largest professional associations for marketers, with 38,000 members worldwide. AMA provides students the opportunity to hear area business leaders speak on current marketing issues, tour area firms, and make valuable business contacts. AMA is a great way to meet fellow marketing students and professionals, learn interviewing and networking tips, and gain knowledge of careers in marketing.

This organization is dedicated to providing students with a diverse perspective of today’s global business environment and assisting them in their pursuit of professional excellence and community leadership. This is done through corporate interactions, social and community service events, interview preparation, site visits and the resume book given to recruiters from presenting firms. BAM is not only a place to prepare for a career and expand your card file, it will help you find meaningful lessons and relationships that will last a lifetime.

This organization represents the undergraduate student body in the Carlson School. As the student government body of the CSOM Undergraduate Program, B-Board sets policies that govern student organizations. Members serve on various committees and plan activities to foster interaction among students and faculty. All students registered in the Carlson School are urged to inquire about nomination and election to the Board. Non-board members are also welcome to participate in all meetings and events. Meetings are held on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. in the Undergraduate Student Lounge in Hanson Hall.

Collegiate DECA

This organization's mission is to enhance the co-curricular education of students with interest in marketing, management and entrepreneurship. Delta Epsilon Chi, the collegiate version of DECA, helps students develop skills and competence for business careers, to build self-esteem, to experience leadership and to practice community service. The organization accomplishes this by having students set up various events and also allows members the opportunity to compete in case studies on the local, state and national level.

The GLOBE is committed to fostering awareness, knowledge and understanding of international management and multicultural issues among Carlson School of Management students. We organize and pair each incoming international exchange student with a Carlson volunteer "buddy" to ease the transition into American culture. We then sponsor and organize social and business events for international exchange students and their Carlson "buddies." Our events are a chance to network, enhance your level of cultural awareness, and learn more about current global issues.

International Business Association (IBA)is for students interested in the interchange between international business and development. IBA fosters dialogue about the importance of globalization, emerging economies, and their underlying developmental challenges. IBA provides a forum for open dialogue and debate surrounding international development topics and the role we can play as international affairs and globalization becomes an integral part of life. Through education, community involvement, networking with guest speakers and local organizations, and international career development, IBA promotes international awareness and personal growth on a global scale.
Investment and Finance Organization (InFO)

This organization is open to all students who wish to meet with professionals who comprise the various areas of the financial industry. InFO exposes students to speakers from investment and finance companies that give valuable insight into career paths. InFO also sponsors social events to help students acquaint themselves with other students that have similar interests. Meetings involve in-depth discussions about the stock market, investing, bonds, commodities, and financial planning.
This is an international nonprofit organization whose mission is to make a positive impact on society by growing and strengthening a community of leaders who use business to improve the world. The CSOM Undergraduate chapter aims to educate, equip, and inspire more than members to make a tangible difference at the university, organizations, and communities. Spanning six continents, our membership makes up one of the most influential networks of undergraduates, MBAs, graduate students, and professionals in existence today. Net Impact members are current and emerging leaders in corporate social responsibility, social entrepreneurship, nonprofit management, international development, and environmental sustainability who are actively improving the world.

This is a student organization devoted to students interested in HR. SHRM aims to enhance HRIR, HRD, Psychology, and students of all majors’ classroom experiences. Becoming a member of SHRM is a great supplement prior to a HR career; furthermore, SHRM offers top HR professionals as speakers, site visits, and social and volunteer events. Meetings are held bi-weekly on Tuesdays from 12-1pm in CSOM.

Taking control of your finances is an important step to being independent, successful, and accumulating wealth. Our organization focuses on teaching the "nuts and bolts" of investing and managing your money. We strive to provide information to students that will enable them to make informed investment decisions. We bring in speakers and organize activities in an effort to help students understand the various financial instruments and develop a discipline for investing. The Student Accounting and Finance Association is an entirely student-led undergraduate organization within the Carlson School founded in 1972. Beta Alpha Psi is a national honorary organization for Finance and Accounting majors. Now, they act as one big organization. These organizations offer amazing opportunities for those interested in finance and accounting-related careers. We come together under the values of Opportunity, Community, Education, and Fun. Our purpose is such: Present Value for Future Leaders. We host a variety of finance and accounting firms and participate in social activities with their representatives to provide a comfortable and fun environment in which our members can network, learn, and enjoy themselves. As members of SAFA/BAP our students will be recognized by top companies as excellent students who are driven to learn and achieve. This is a Christian Business Student organization with a focus on faith in the marketplace. We firmly believe God calls Christians into the marketplace to be leaders. Through weekly meetings, lectures, discussions, social events, and mentoring relationships we seek to equip students with the tools they need to be successful living out their faith in a bottom line business world. This is an organization of undergraduate students interested in pursuing careers in consulting. Our mission is to help students gain access to careers at the premier global consulting firms as well as niche companies. We also want to help students gain the skills necessary to succeed in this competitive industry. We do this through hosting a variety of events including career fairs, alumni nights, interview prep workshops, and weekly speakers from the consulting community.
