Recruit on Campus
Actively recruit Carlson students by providing detailed information about specific positions and information about your company.
Information Sessions
Company information sessions are a great place to present information on your organization and available positions, and to meet potential candidates. Information sessions are held during fall and spring semesters, usually in conjunction with on-campus recruiting. Be sure to schedule an info session 3–5 weeks prior to your on-campus visit. At information sessions, recruiters often invite students to apply for openings on TalentLink, a process that generally occurs 4 weeks before the interview. Refreshment ordering and delivery to your info session can be coordinated through University Dining Services (UDS) or other outside vendors. You will need to make catering arrangements with them directly. We highly recommend choosing UDS, as we have greater ability to assist with any potential catering issues on the day of your info session if you have selected UDS for your catering needs. Ask that your caterer include plates, napkins, etc. Please arrange for the clean-up option if selecting UDS. You can contact UDS at 612-624-7173.

Graduate Career Fair
Career and Internship Fair. The Graduate Career and Internship Fair is a great opportunity for you to meet face-to-face with some of our brightest MBA and MA-HRIR candidates who are looking for permanent and internship opportunities. Talented, driven, and smart, Carlson students are admitted to our programs because of their soaring potential. They are a good fit for your company because of their ability to succeed.
On-Campus Interviews
Each year, more than 200 organizations recruit on-campus for internships and full-time opportunities, while another 600 companies use our external job posting system, TalentLink. In addition to 22 interview rooms, the Business Career Center offers validated parking in a ramp connected by skyway to the Carlson School. We also provide a luncheon, where you can network with other recruiters, faculty, and staff. Request on-campus interviews via TalentLink.
