Yongjun Choi is a doctoral candidate at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. His research focuses on organizational socialization, career success, social networks, and counterproductive work behaviors.

Prior to his doctoral studies, Yongjun worked as an assistant for Korean Air Executive Development Program at the Seoul National University College of Business Administration. He also worked as an intern at PricewaterhouseCoppers (PwC) Seoul office in South Korea.
