I am a Strategic Management doctoral candidate at Carlson School of Management. In my dissertation I explore the complementary role of scientific human capital and social capital in innovation strategies of firms. I have also studied the interplay between firms' alliances and capabilities, and the ways in which this interplay shapes firm strategy and performance.
