The HRIR program gives full-time and part-time students an opportunity to study with an internationally-known faculty committed to providing each student with a rich educational experience. HRIR faculty are widely published in the top academic journals and have expertise in a range of fields, including human resource management; staffing, training and development; employee compensation and benefits; organizational forms, evolution, and work processes; labor economics; and labor relations and collective bargaining.
