MBA in Two, originally piloted with the University Honors Program at the University of Minnesota, now welcomes all undergraduate candidates from all universities and colleges nation-wide. MBA in Two is a selective, deferred admissions program designed specifically for undergraduate seniors. Students apply and receive a decision during their senior year; if admitted, they venture into the workplace to gain two years of professional experience before entering the Carlson Full-Time MBA program.
As an MBA in Two student, you can participate in career coaching, professional development, and mentorships with the support of the Carlson Graduate Business Career Center, along with student clubs and organizations, even as you complete your period of practice in the business world. By the time you join your cohort at the Carlson School, you'll have the experience and background to collaborate and compete with our diverse, accomplished student body.
MBA in Two students must have demonstrated leadership, collaborative capabilities, and strong academics as an undergraduate student, regardless of their undergraduate area of concentration. Students interested in pursuing professional careers in any industry that places a premium on leadership and management skills are encouraged to apply!
