Special Instructions: | November advance registration is required by Thursday, October 29, 2009 for the advance rate of $28. After October 29, 2009, all attendees may use walk-in registration as space allows at $35 per person. Refund cancellations are required by Friday, October 30, 2009.
Lunch by D'Amico and parking in the Washington Avenue ramp are included in the registration fee. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served at 11:50 a.m.
