Curriculum

The Carlson School curriculum balances liberal arts with exposure to the key functional areas of business. After completing the foundation courses in economics, science, math, social science, and the humanities, students select from 11 majors to focus their upper-division studies.

Liberal EducationRequirements

In addition to studying business and management, students must complete the University's liberal education and writing requirements. A liberal education introduces students to the major branches of knowledge and explores the interrelationships among ideas and with human society in general.
