Herbert M. Hanson Jr.Hall

Herbert M. Hanson Jr. Hall will provide a state-of-the-art home for the Carlson Undergraduate program. The building will open on September 25, 2008. Hanson Hall will include an atrium, technology-rich classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, an undergraduate lounge, a business career center, and rooms for students to meet recruiters. Hanson Hall will also provide a home to the College of Liberal Arts’ Department of Economics.

Herbert and Bar Hanson

Hanson Hall is named in tribute to alumn Herbert Hanson, who with his wife, Barbara, made a $10 million gift to the Carlson School of Management in 2004.
