Marjorie CostelloFellowship

This fellowship has been established by Marjorie Genevieve Costello in her estate, and is to be used for the education of women students enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Minnesota. Miss Costello participated in an accounting program designed for women, to train them as accountants to replace those men serving in the armed services during World War II. As a result of her education, she was able to get a job with the I.B. McGladrey Company in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as an accountant. This gift is to be awarded to a female student who exhibits satisfactory academic progress, leadership and financial need.
